Bonsai was created for the Hidden Gems exhibition hosted by
East End Arts Club. It took place in Covent Garden June 09.
Using image as type, the word 'Bonsai' is abstracted into strong,
geometric shapes, encapsulating the fragile poem at its centre.
The poem itself focuses on a Bonsai tree as the hidden gem.
It closely inspects the beauty in the detail and understands
the devotion of time and affection given to a small object that
easily goes unnoticed.
